On Saturday, 21 June 2025, we hosted the 2025 UCSR AGM and first Board of Directors meeting where we conducted elections for Board of Directors and Officers. One of the critical activities of the UCSR AGM is the election of directors for the 2025-2026 season. Following the AGM, there was a short meeting of the new Directors to elect members for any vacant officer positions. We are happy that to announce that 19 (of 21) director positions are filled and 4 of the 5 officer positions are also filled. SVSA will be confirming their rep in the near future and the officer position of 1st VP – Grooming remains open.
Directors. The following directors were elected for the 2025-2026 season:

Officers. The following members were elected to officer positions:

The following members continued into their second year of a two-year term:

The position of 1st VP – Grooming remains vacant and the Exec will be seeking for an interested person for this important position.
Governor. The District also decided to split the OFSC Director role (commonly referred to as D1 Governor) from the President role. John Van Lane was elected by the board to fill this role and the recommendation will be brough forward. Confirmation is required by OFSC.
