The UCSR District President’s Award and Coin may be presented to volunteers, staff, landowners, outside individuals or organizations, or other recipients deemed appropriate by the President. This is an award for outstanding volunteer service or excellent performance and a way for the District President to show their appreciation for a phenomenal job.
At the monthly BEAST meeting last night (4 Dec 2025), Gord Servant (right) was presented with a coin (0015) by Tim Krause, President UCSR (right).
Gord has been a long time volunteer with the club and is currently “officially” the club’s Communications Director, but more recently has unofficially taken over management of the club’s South West trail sector. He was also instrumental with setting up and managing the club’s LUPs.
